For wholesale orders, production and preparation time depends on order quantity and product requirements.

Refund Policy

 

For sample orders, once the sample has been shipped, the sample fee and shipping cost are generally non-refundable.

 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos or videos for review.

 

For wholesale orders, refund and after-sales terms will be confirmed before payment.
